Lemon Drop

Ingredients

1.5 oz Giffard NA Triple Sec

1 oz white verjus (or crisp NA white wine)

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.25 oz simple syrup

Barspoon of aquafaba (optional)

Method

Sugar-rim a chilled coupe. Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Double-strain into the coupe and garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim.
